A dedicated social worker with an M.A. and over three decades of experience, Mr. Bisoyi has been serving as the President since 2009. He provides programmatic guidance and leadership for organizational development and livelihood initiatives.

Mr. Gouri Sankar Mishra, Secretary of the organization, holds an MSW and a Postgraduate degree in Anthropology. With over 28 years of experience as a Development Consultant, he brings deep expertise in social development. He has been serving in this role since July 29, 2018.

With a background in nursing and active involvement since 2021, Mrs. Sahoo brings her health sector experience into social service. She leads financial oversight and provides training and support to the finance team, with a special focus on health and nutrition.

An M.A. graduate and experienced theatre director, Mr. Samal has been with the organization since 2006. He contributes his expertise in event management and cultural programming, enriching outreach activities.

A BHMS-qualified and retired Ayurvedic doctor, Dr. Mohanty joined the board in 2000. He brings his medical experience to guide health and nutrition programs with a focus on homeopathy.

An M.A., LLB graduate with a background in social service, Mr. Samal joined the board in 2021. He contributes to administrative oversight and team management, supporting strategic reviews.

With an MSW and deep involvement in women’s empowerment, Mrs. Kamala Mohanty joined in 2024. She supports planning and guidance with a focus on gender equity and social inclusion.

Sri. Nagendra Kumar Nandi, a Member since May 9, 1999, holds degrees in B.A. and LL.B. He brings over 35 years of experience in natural resource management, organic farming, and project implementation. His deep understanding of sustainable practices strengthens the organization's development efforts.

A retired lecturer and Ph.D. holder, Dr. Samal joined the organization in 2011. She contributes her expertise in strategic planning, review, and intellectual guidance. She is also a noted writer in literature.
